Our Night at the Museum speaker events are typically held the second Monday of March, April, May, and October. 

March 2026

Join us Monday, March 9th at 6:00pm!


Hear from Brian Davis, Executive Director of the Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation, about the important work they do to support historic preservation across the state of Louisiana.

​

In 2025, the Louisiana Trust was awarded the Trustees’ Award for Organizational Excellence from the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

​

Their work includes the Louisiana Register of Historic Cemeteries, the Great Flood Project, Most Endangered Places, and Rosenwald Schools. Each year, the Louisiana Trust hosts the Louisiana Preservation Conference as well as Spring & Fall Rambles that highlight the history and historic preservation of the different regions of the state.

Hear from Cindy Madden and Dr. Lisa Dick about the life and career of Dr. E. S. Richardson who served as superintendent of Webster Parish Schools and President of Louisiana Tech University.
